    What the business does, who it serves, and what the site has to achieve. A rough idea is enough to start.

  2. Scope and quote

    We come back with what is realistic, what it will cost and how long it takes. Nothing starts before that is agreed.

  3. Structure and design

    Page structure first, then the design. You see it before anything is built, so changes are cheap.

  4. Build and review

    The site is built, tested on phones and desktops, and handed to you to review while it is still easy to change.

  5. Launch and support

    We publish, check that everything works, and stay reachable afterwards. Ongoing support is optional, not assumed.

What does a website cost?

It depends entirely on the scope. A single landing page and a multi-language store are different projects. Send us the brief and you get a real number rather than a range that means nothing.

How long does it take?

That is part of the quote. The two things that move a timeline most are how quickly content is available and how many rounds of review you want.

Is everything custom-coded?

No, and that is deliberate. Some projects are built from scratch, others are better served by customising a solid theme. We tell you which one applies to yours and why.

Do you only work with Shopify?

Shopify is where most of our work sits, especially anything that sells. We also build business websites and landing pages outside it.

Can you work on an existing website?

Yes. Redesigns, fixes and additions to a site that already exists are a normal part of the work. Tell us the address and what is bothering you about it.

What happens after launch?

You own the site. Ongoing support is available if you want it, and optional if you do not.
